Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026 · GQQ messaging service

GQQ (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the GQQ mobile and web applications, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using GQQ, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us host or operate the service (under strict obligations), or when required by law. Message content is handled according to the features you use (e.g. end-to-end expectations depend on your product design — update this sentence to match your actual architecture).

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may delete conversations or your account where the app provides those controls; some records may be kept for a limited period for legal or security reasons.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong PIN/password and keep your device updated.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

7. Children

GQQ is not intended for children below the minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect data from children in violation of applicable law.

Child Safety and Anti-CSAE Policy

At GQQ Secure Messenger, the safety and well-being of our users, especially minors, is our highest priority. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and the sharing, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content

We do not permit any user-generated content, messages, images, or videos that exploit, harm, or endanger children. Any attempt to use our platform for such illegal activities is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and international laws.

2. User Reporting and Moderation

We strongly encourage our community to help keep the platform safe. If you encounter any content or user violating this policy, please use the in-app "Report" and "Block" features immediately. You can also report incidents directly to our support team via our official contact channels. All reports are reviewed with the highest priority by our moderation team.

3. Strict Enforcement and Account Termination

If any user is found to be uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAM or engaging in CSAE, their account will be permanently banned and terminated immediately without any prior notice.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We are fully committed to cooperating with legal authorities. In the event of a CSAE violation, we will preserve all available data, messages, and user information, and proactively report the offender to relevant law enforcement agencies, cybercrime authorities, and recognized organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) for strict legal action.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, contact your GQQ operator or administrator, or email: mail@gqq.in

Note for operators: Replace placeholder sections (especially “sharing”, encryption claims, and contact email) with text that matches your real data flows and legal jurisdiction. This page is styled to match the GQQ app theme only and is not legal advice.
